1. All cards are guaranteed to be in the condition specified.

If you feel that a card in your order has been graded incorrectly and would like a refund or exchange please e-mail within 10 days of receiving your order. Cards are graded very conservatively so it is unlikely that you will have a problem.

Condition Scale- 

Mint - Basically a perfect card. No wear on any edges or corners on front or back. Kard Kastle  guarantees that a Mint card would receive a 9 or better if graded by third party such as PSA. 

Near Mint / Mint (NM-M) - Either in mint or just below it condition. Does not show play wear.

Slightly Played (S-Pld) - Slightly Played condition. It is between Near Mint/Mint and Played, often called Fine or Excellent.

Played (Pld) - This is in Played condition and has wear from play but DOES NOT have rips, creases, inked edges or water damage, often called Good condition.

Poor (Poor) - Anything goes including rips, creases, ink marks, or water damage. The only guarantee is that you can tell what it is.

Sealed or New (Sealed/New) - Factory sealed product.

(A) Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may also call in your credit card information at (208)938-4309 between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday, Mountain Time. Your statement will show a charge from the Kard Kastle parent company - Alpha Beta Unlimited.

(B) Money order or Personal Check. Please make payment out to- Kard Kastle. Checks may be held for 10 days for funds to clear the bank.

(C) Paypal. When you choose to pay via paypal a payment button will be generated. Otherwise paypal payments can be made to-

Please include a note of your order number with your paypal payment.

(D) Cash. Although cash is also accepted, it is not recommended as Kard Kastle cannot be responsible for cash sent through the mail.

3. Shipping policy and Shipping Rates.

Kard Kastle does not accept self addressed stamped envelopes(SASE). There is no additional charge for orders with supplies like sleeves or dice. Orders for large amounts of bulk commons or uncommons will be shipped by our discretion. Although it is very rare, some orders do get lost or damaged durring transit. If you have choosen shipping through Fed-Ex and your order is lost or damaged Kard Kastle will either send out a replacement order or give a refund. Kard Kastle cannot give a replacement or refund on lost or damaged shipments sent through USPS Mail. Orders shipped via Fed-Ex may require a signature when delivered.

4. All prices and quantities are as accurate as possible.

The Kard Kastle shopping cart is a live system that updates quanties when an ordered is placed. Almost always when you are able to order an item it is available and when you check out it is removed from the system so others cannot order it. In the unlikely event that there is an error with the price or quantity Kard Kastle reserves the right to remove an item from your order. If a very small portion of your order is not available Kard Kastle will adjust your charge or make a refund for the missing items and ship the rest. If there is any more than a very small portion of your order unavailable an Kard Kastle representative will contact you before shipping your order.
